Returns and guarantee

We have a risk-free 60-day guarantee!

If any of the Flappos products don't live up to their promises, just email us at within 60 days of delivery to get a full refund.

Defective Product

We believe our products are top quality, but sometimes they might get damaged during shipping or arrive broken. If this happens, email us at with a picture of the problem within 60 days of delivery. You can choose to get a free replacement or a refund.

How do I return something?

If you're not happy with your order, contact us, and we'll do our best to help you!

You have 60 days from when your order arrives to return it. You need to send the product back to us for checking, fixing, or exchanging. Note that the original shipping costs can't be refunded.

At Flappos, we want you to have a great experience with us. Our return policy is easy and quick. Before sending anything back, please email us at so we can give you the correct return address.

Returning to a different address might delay or cancel your refund or exchange. So, always reach out to us first, and we'll help you start the return process.

When you send your items back, include your name, address, and order number so we can process it correctly.

After we get your package, we’ll check it to make sure it’s not damaged and then give you a refund.

We suggest using a shipping method with tracking so you can be sure we receive it. Please pack your items carefully, as we can't give you a refund or exchange if the product gets damaged.

Right now, we don't accept returns that are dropped off directly at our return address.

Cancellation terms

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has already shipped, it can't be stopped, and our warehouse usually starts the shipping process quickly. If we can stop your order before it ships, we'll cancel it and give you a full refund. If not, don't worry! You can return your order using the process above. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us!
